Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Development of events based around existing and new Space Store activities
  • Liaising with Space Store customers to develop bespoke activities to meet their requirements
  • Implementation, facilitation, and execution of events programme
  • Liaising with Store Operations Manager to schedule and plan events and arrange staffing
  • Support and help to develop marketing promotional materials for newly developed events
  • Work with existing event planning tools and support the development of new systems to register guests and answer enquiries
  • Administration around events including raising invoices
  • Work alongside the job share to create a seamless weekly handover of the responsibilities and actions for the role

  • Good organisational, time-management and planning skills with the ability to develop activities, multi-task, work under pressure and use own initiative
