Job Description

The School of Physical Sciences invites applications for a full-time PhD studentship from a range of projects which fall within the research theme of Space Instrumentation.

You do not need to submit a research proposal for any of these projects, as they are already defined by us. You are encouraged to contact the lead supervisor of the project(s) for any informal enquiries.

 

The research studentships provide a maintenance grant of £15,609 per year directly payable to the student, and cover the University fees. The advertised studentships are open only to UK citizens or permanent residents due to the funding criteria. 

 

Closing date for applications: Friday 17 September 2021 (5.00pm)

Interviews will take place remotely on Tuesday 28 September 2021
