Stakeholder Relationship Manager (Cyber Security)

 

Airbus Defence and Space in Newport are looking for a Stakeholder Relationship Manager to join their growing Cyber Security division. You will be responsible for building long term sustainable relationship with external stakeholders including customers and partners of the Cyber UK business.

 

Reporting directly to the Head of Cyber Security UK you will support the mission in building and maintaining long term sustainable relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with key stakeholders develop, manage and maintain an effective Customer & key stakeholder plan that generates awareness and supports Cyber strategic ambition.  Provide regular updates and briefings as required.
  • Create and nurture long-term relationships with Customers, anticipating and resolving issues that arise to ensure that Customers are satisfied with our products and services and build Customer Loyalty.
  • Work with sales & marketing to deliver relevant and timely communication across all stakeholders
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with key universities to enhance the Airbus Cyber Security brand and support the resource pipeline of the business.
  • Identify and build relationships with key employees within our Customer community and create plans to address client’s business needs.
  • Support the identification and management of key partner to ensure we collaborate successfully to enhance our collective competitiveness and performance.
  • Schedule regular meetings with the Customers to ensure they are satisfied including managing and responding to correspondence and acting as a point of contact for complaints, escalating issues as appropriate to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Where appropriate, working with stakeholders to anticipate issues, understand and address issues and high level feedback from the Customer.
  • Gain Customer insight and build a solid knowledge of competitors; remain informed and up-to-date to help drive the strategic ambition of Cyber UK.
  • In collaboration with the Business Operations team, act as a champion to drive a more Customer-centric culture across Cyber UK.

Person Specification

Skills and Experience          

  • A customer oriented attitude
  • Ability to work well within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications.
  • Experience of working with a wide and diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Security Clearance – Minimum of SC (DV will be required).
